1. purchase information

Ordered products remain the property of HALLSING until they are paid for in full.

Your order will be shipped from our central warehouse in Helsingborg. Changes and additions must be made before your order is processed and shipped from us. If you discover any errors on your order, it is therefore important that you contact us immediately to change your order if possible.

In the event of obvious errors (e.g. wrong price, printing errors, etc.), we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you are of course entitled to cancel your order. We also reserve the right not to fulfill an order if the product is out of stock.

2. Prices and payment methods

All prices are inclusive of VAT within the EU and exclusive of VAT outside the EU. After an order has been confirmed, prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. war, natural disasters, etc.) and in the event of obvious inaccuracies in the price quoted.

3. delivery information

HALLSING sends fully assembled outdoor kitchens to customers' homes. It is heavier goods that are delivered on pallets, which is done to street level on weekdays between 08-17. We offer free shipping within the mainland. We reserve the right to charge the customer additional freight for deliveries beyond the normal. If the customer does not receive/redeem the freight, the customer will be charged for return freight and administration.

You will be notified of any deviations from the normal delivery time or the information on the website in connection with the order confirmation, or afterwards via a separate email. You are then of course entitled to cancel or change your order. Should any of the products you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than the other products on your order, we can in some cases share your order.

Pick up yourself - Order your item online and then pick up when it suits you at our warehouse in Helsingborg.

4. Damage in transit and misdelivery

The carrier's liability as a carrier commences when the carrier has taken charge of the consignment for carriage by authorized personnel and ceases when the consignment is handed over to the consignee at the place of destination or is placed at his disposal. Any visible damage, reduction or loss shall be reported immediately on receipt of the goods and recorded in the signed copy of the transport document or other document. The consignee of a consignment is obliged to check immediately upon receipt whether the goods have damage hidden by the packaging. Hidden damage must be reported to the carrier as soon as possible, but no later than seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the shipment. A new correct delivery will then be made to you immediately at no extra cost.

Force Majeure - HÄLSING is not liable for damage or delays due to statutory orders, government action, mobilization, war, seizure, currency restriction, system errors, errors or restrictions in deliveries from subcontractors, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, blockades or other similar circumstances that either prevent or complicate HÄLSING's performance to such an extent that it cannot be done other than at abnormally high cost.

5. Warranty and complaints

We strive to ensure that you as a customer feel safe when you shop with us. Therefore, we offer very favorable warranty conditions. The warranty applies to malfunctions that occur during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply to defects that arise during or after a change in the product's function and appearance, such as remodeling, upgrading or other configuration of the product. We generally give you a 10-year warranty on our outdoor kitchens, except for certain wearing parts. Before a warranty repair or replacement can be authorized, we need to examine the product. In the event that the product does not have a warranty defect, but a so-called handling defect (including incorrectly adjusted product, damage due to negligence, etc.), we are entitled to charge you for the cost of the examination. Shipping costs and handling fees will be added.

6. right of withdrawal and open purchase

We offer you a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the goods provided that the goods are unused. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are built according to personal instructions. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us as soon as you know that you want to cancel your purchase. Please note that you are responsible if the product is damaged when it is shipped back to us, so make sure that the product is well packaged. In the event of missing accessories or physical damage, we reserve the right to charge a fee to restore the item to working order. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping (keep in mind that the return costs can be high, up to SEK 10,000). Other costs, such as the cost of the item and shipping from us to you will be refunded. A refund/credit will be made in the first instance to the original method of payment, which will normally be within 10 working days of us receiving and authorizing your return. Refunds can only be made to the same card used at the time of purchase.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and explicit notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract to info@halsingkitchen.se
The withdrawal form is available on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website www.konsumentverket.se

In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient for you to send in your notice of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
